He grabbed the phone, cleared his throat and squeaked a hi. Bated Breath. Silence.

Would it look really bad if the card would have been from SBI ..perhaps your answer to CITIBANK ..coz it would have served the person better who asked it for...gets stuck always n eventually you have to get yourself a new one...
